No cement concrete road works in Mumbai's Island city yet; contractor served notice

BMC has issued a showcause notice to one of the new cement concrete (CC) road construction companies that has failed to start work on a single road three months after getting work orders. The company had bagged the contract for concreting roads in the island city.
