17 years after building collapse in Mumbai, owner among two acquitted

Seventeen years after a portion of a 90-year-old dilapidated Kalbadevi building collapsed, killing three persons and injuring three others, a magistrate's court this week acquitted the building owner and another person booked on charges of causing death by negligence.
