Mum: 'No bail as Bulli Bai app hurt women's dignity'

Refusing to grant bail to Vishal Jha (21), a Bengaluru-based engineering student, arrested last month in the 'Bulli Bai' app case, a sessions court said that the "scandalous app" developed by the accused and others resulted in causing defamation, hurting the feelings of particular community and dignity and modesty of women.
