Domestic violence law not only for shared home: Bombay HC

Clarifying that a domestic violence complaint can be filed even against relatives of the husband who do not share the same household as the victim, a sessions court has set aside an order clearing a 47-year-old businessman of accusations of harassing his brother-in-law’s wife.
