A 24-year-old woman named Florina Narlekar suffered a severe injury on her right hand and underwent surgery after getting stuck between a cement pole and a BEST bus in Malad. The BEST driver has been arrested by the Malad police. The incident occurred when Florina was trying to board the crowded bus at a bus stop in Malad. The driver has been charged with rash driving and endangering life. Florina, who works as an attendant, fell from the bus along with other passengers and was rushed to the hospital.
