An elderly woman in Mumbai has been booked for biting a female police constable who was called to pacify her during a dispute over lift maintenance in her residential building. The woman, identified as Medha Jaffery, was objecting to the maintenance work and prevented technicians from carrying it out. When the constable tried to explain the importance of the maintenance work, Jaffery allegedly bit her.
