Man accused of pushing girlfriend off 15th floor tank seeks discharge in case

In jail for 10 months on charges of attempted murder for allegedly pushing his girlfriend off the water tank of a Dahisar high-rise, 26-year-old student Amey Darekar moved the sessions court seeking discharge and claimed that the whole story was a figment of the victim’s father’s imagination.
