Over 30 years after 1992 riots, court acquits man of murder

Thirty years after a city youth was stabbed to death when he went to answer nature's call during the communal riots in the city in December 1992, a sessions court acquitted a now 54-year-old man on charges of his murder. The accused, Raju Gambhir, was arrested on the basis of eyewitness statements but absconded.
