JJ makeover: Art, library & cafe to transform area under flyover

Last week, a group of Mohammed Ali Road residents took a delegation to Pydhonie police station and B Ward of the BMC. No, they did not complain about theft or water cuts in the area. They wanted authorities to remove the menace of drug addicts from under the Qutb-e-Konkan Makhdoom Ali Mahimi Flyover, better known as J J Flyover, in south Mumbai.
