HC: Once caste is validated, can’t change claim, will lead to chaos

A sanctity, as well as finality, has to be attached to the claims of social status made by a person, as a matter of public policy, held the Bombay high court while dismissing a petition filed by a man questioning the caste validity certificate issued to him.
