Man back from New Zealand held in Rs 2 crore loan con case

The city Economic Offences Wing (EOW), probing a Rs 1.6 crore vehicle loan fraud case, arrested a New Zealand national for his alleged role in the crime. To procure a Rs 10 lakh vehicle loan a decade ago, he had allegedly submitted fake price quotations of a vehicle and fake margin money receipt.
