Chain snatcher, a repeat offender, gets 2 years' rigorous imprisonment

A sessions court has sentenced a 46-year-old habitual offender to two years' rigorous imprisonment for stealing the gold chain of a woman when the long distance train in which she was travelling slowed down at Matunga railway station.
