Thane asst municipal commissioner assaulted

Assistant municipal commissioner Mahesh Aher — also in-charge of the anti-encroachment department — was on Wednesday assaulted by unidentified people outside the Thane civic body headquarters in Maharashtra on Wednesday evening.
