SC credibility sky high, statements can't erode it: HC

"The credibility of the Supreme Court of India is sky high. It cannot be eroded or impinged by the statements of individuals," said the Bombay high court in its February 9 reasoned order, released on Tuesday, while dismissing a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking disqualification of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar and union law minister Kiren Rijiju for allegedly showing lack of faith in the Constitution through their public utterances.
