ITAT holds value of flat on agreement as valid

Coming to the rescue of a home buyer, the Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai bench, has held that the difference between the flat purchase price as on the date of allotment and the date of registration cannot be taxed in his hands.
