Security tight as rebel MLAs return to Mumbai

Almost 10,000 police personnel, along with a few companies of the State Reserve Police Force (SRPF) and Riot Control Police Force, will be deployed in Mumbai to maintain law and order on Thursday when the dissident Shiv Sena MLAs return from Guwahati.
