ED probes Jadhav's Dubai firm for FEMA violations

Enforcement Dir-ectorate (ED) is investigating a Dubai company owned by former Shiv Sena corporator Yashwant Jadhav's family which was formed in 2018, the same year he became chairman of BMC standing committee, for allegedly violating Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) rules. Around Rs 5 crore was deposited in the company's account in Dubai, half of which was in cash, during the pandemic.
