Wadhawan can be admitted to pvt hosp: Bombay HC

DHFL promoter Dheeraj Wadhawan, an accused in the Yes Bank fraud case, had challenged a special CBI court order on shifting him from a private hospital to the JJ Hospital through senior counsel Amit Desai and advocate Rohan Dakshini, saying the CBI court couldn't sit in appeal over a PMLA court order of June 1, 2021, requiring Wadhawan to be kept in the private hospital pending a second opinion.
