'Kanjur land consent decree obtained by fraud'

A private entity, Adarsh Water Parks and Resorts, obtained decree for 6,375 acres of Kanjurmarg land in the same month that the collector allotted a part of it - 102 acres for the Metro car depot - to the state government. The allotment to the state was immediately challenged in court by the Centre.
