Covid: 'Stress on voluntary masking, boost oxygen supply'

The public health department has asked districts to impress upon people the need to wear masks at least in closed spaces and spread awareness about the benefits of masking in public places. In the wake of steadily rising cases, the department has sent 11 pointers to all the districts; voluntary masking is one of them.
