Zero Covid deaths in Maharashtra after 23 months

For the first time in over 23 months, the state did not register a single Covid-19 death on Wednesday. “We have registered the zero-death toll for the first time since April 1, 2020,” said state surveillance in-charge Dr Pradeep Awate.
