In an interim relief to the state's former intelligence chief Rashmi Shukla, the Bombay high court on Friday directed the Pune police not to take any coercive action in an FIR registered last month against her under the Indian Telegraph Act for recommending phone taps of certain elected representatives, including Congress leader Nana Patole.
