The Enforcement Directorate on Friday attached two flats in Thane and a parcel of land in Mira Road, collectively worth Rs 11.4 crore, of Shiv Sena MLA Pratap Sarnaik in the National Spot Exchange Limited (NSEL) money laundering case.
