Activists break down wall to free 10 dogs; FIR lodged

Animal activists in Borivli broke down a newly built wall to rescue a pack of dogs that were trapped in a confined space and struggling to breathe. Finally, a gap was made, and some of the smaller dogs could be seen wriggling out in a video recording.
