Metro projects still slow but coastal road cruises ahead

The two years of Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government have been a mixed bag for infrastructure projects as Metro projects lagged behind targets, while the other big-ticket Mumabai Coastal Road project executed by BMC has witnessed steady progress.
