Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari unexpectedly showered praise on NCP president Sharad Pawar for his contribution in the field of agriculture. Koshyari conferred the honorary doctor of science degree to Pawar at the special convocation of the Mahatma Fule Agriculture University.
