FIR filed as SUV takes off with cop seated on bonnet

An FIR was registered against the driver of a black SUV after a viral video clip showed him driving off with a traffic cop seated on the vehicle’s bonnet. D N Nagar police said they have identified the accused on the basis of the vehicle's registration number.
