Rajani Patel to be elected unopposed to RS

Congress nominee Rajani Patil is set to be elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha after BJP withdrew its candidate Sanjay Upadhyaya for the by-election on October 4. The by-election was necessitated by the death of senior Congress leader Rajiv Satao who was diagnosed with Covid.
